Clients retain ownership of their data. We retain responsibility for system operation, configuration, and ongoing support.

Fees are invoiced on a consolidated basis, typically monthly. Services may rely on licensed third-party platforms governed by their own terms.

Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and excludes indirect or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without prejudice to mandatory EU data protection rights.
